Important things to remember
New forms for 'child care services & similar employment' & 'education and care services & similar employment'
The Commission's Child Care forms have also changed to align with the new Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland) Act, mandated on 1st January 2012.
To minimise any delays to the processing of applications, the most current version of the application form must be completed and lodged with the Commission. Delays to processing may also occur if the application form is incomplete or if details are not legible.
