Adults involved in the same team or club as a child

If you are part of a team, club or group which also has members who are under 18 years of age, you are not considered to be providing a service or conducting an activity for them as you are instead receiving the same service or participating in the same activity that they are. As you are not providing services or conducting activities for children, you are not required to hold a blue card.

If, however, you are a leader, supervisor, coach or provide a regulated service to any children or young people you might require a blue card.
