| Volunteers and students (new and renewal applications only) | No fee |
| Volunteer to paid employee/business transfer | $72.50 |
| Application to cancel a negative notice | $72.50 |
| Eligibility declaration | $72.50 |
| Replacement blue card (Businesses, Paid employees, Volunteers and Students) | $11.00 |
