User Responsibility and Risk Management
All information services are user driven. Access to information published on the Internet is dependent on the user's interest area, level of technical knowledge and computing competency. • Developing guidelines for use of personal computers in the home

• Reporting objectionable sites of material to the Australian Broadcasting Authority, the government body responsible for governing broadcast material in Australia, whether it is radio, TV, magazines or newspapers or the Internet.
