Statutory declarations

Homestay
A person carrying on a business involving homestay in a voluntary capacity (who does not receive any financial reward) must submit a B form accompanied by the following Statutory Declaration so the Commission can waive the $61.85 fee.
Santa
A person carrying on a regulated business as a Santa in a voluntary capacity must submit a B form accompanied by the following Statutory Declaration so the Commission can waive the $61.85 fee.
Director of a governing body of a non-state school
A person who is a Director of a governing body of a non-state school is deemed to be carrying on a regulated business and must submit a B form accompanied by the following Statutory Declaration so the Commission can waive the $61.85 fee.
Other declarations
Where a person needs to make a declaration for a purpose other than those outlined above, please submit the following Statutory Declaration providing details about the reason for the declaration.
