What support is available to help organisations comply with this legislation?
The Commission offers free half-day workshops around the state. Extension workshops tailored to particular settings or types of employment can be negotiated on a user-pays basis ($50 per employee and $20 per volunteer for 15 or more people).
Resources are also available on the Commission’s website. There are also references and links to other useful support resources and programs.
In addition, organisers of conferences and forums are welcome to invite Commission staff to provide an overview of the legislation and risk management strategy framework.
